May Commencement

May Commencement is the crowning finish to the academic year and a time to recognize the outstanding graduating students of Â鶹ֱ²¥. Join us on May 16, 2026 to celebrate their graduation. 

May Commencement features two ceremonies:

  • The morning ceremony celebrates graduating underÂ鶹ֱ²¥ students in the Division and College of UnderÂ鶹ֱ²¥ Studies.
  • The afternoon ceremony celebrates Â鶹ֱ²¥ and professional program students in the Graduate and Professional Division in the College of Graduate Studies, College of Health Professions, and College of Optometry.

May Commencement 2026

May Commencement will take place Saturday, May 16, on the Forest Grove Campus. The morning ceremony for underÂ鶹ֱ²¥ students begins at 9 a.m. The afternoon ceremony for Â鶹ֱ²¥ and professional students begins at 1:30 p.m.

This mandatory ceremony celebrates senior academic achievements and provides essential logistical briefings for the May Commencement. All graduating seniors must attend to receive final "day-of" instructions.

2026 Senior Salute: A Final Toast
