Taylor Hiraki ’17 loves that in her science classes, she actually gets to practice science.

As a biology major on a pre-physician assistant track, Hiraki says Pacific’s under�鶹ֱ�� science education is special.

“This is one of the schools where you can actually use the equipment.”

From Hawai‘i, Taylor is a member of the Na Haumana O Hawai‘i club as well as STAT, Students Today, Alumni Tomorrow. And even though she’s still a student, she’s also a donor.

“I give because Pacific is a great place to be, and giving back keeps me involved in the university,” she said.
