HR would like to remind employees that you can update your preferred name in Paycom through Employee Self-Service (ESS). Your preferred name will appear in your profile and be visible to supervisors and HR in day-to-day system use, while your legal name will continue to be used for payroll, tax, and compliance purposes. If your legal name changes, please provide HR with your updated Social Security card so we can update our records.

If you have not received your dental card in the mail, you can register your online account for access to your digital identification card and certificate of coverage.

Pacific's Finders Keepers Free Store will be open for shoppers through May 6 and accepting donations through May 22. The store will close over summer break and e-open again in time for Fall semester.
